Select the Formatted Text part to add a control that enables a user to type a single line or string of text in an entry field that has an edit mask set for it.

You can set the initial contents of the field using the settings view window.

To display the pop-up menu for the part, click with mouse button 2 on the part.

To further define the appearance and function of a part, double-click on it to open the properties window.
